Hypnosis & The Magic bit

The session starts by putting you into a very relaxed state of hypnosis - a light trance - Alpha brain wave. You are always in control and you will remember everything afterwards. In this relaxed state with access to your subconscious mind, we revisit scenes from your life which have everything to do with where your deeper beliefs (which are driving your current behaviours) stemmed from.  The Magic bit - consists of special tools when in hypnosis. 

WOOP session

This is where we look at what you want, what your desired outcome is. Wish Outcome Obstacles and Plans going forward. The intake is extremely important to tailor your session which can take from  20 - 45 minutes.

Transformational recording

Your mind is given suggestions, upgrading you with new helpful, supportive beliefs that are in line with what you want for yourself and your life. This is then placed in to a bespoke recording which you listen to for at least 21 days.

Aftercare

Please see packages for aftercare. Aftercare will consist of checking in, life coaching and Cognitive behavioural 

therapy.

Coaching & CBT

What Is Coaching?

Coaching is a technique that focuses on the future whereby the agenda and goal is set by the individual. The coach helps to improve the likelihood of those goals being met through suggesting alternatives and motivating the individual.  Coaching also focuses on finding the answer, rather than focusing on the problem, through the use of skills, experience and being creative.

Coaching is a process that happens over time. It is a client driven service, the client will need to be dedicated, committed and willing to develop themselves.

What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy?

CBT is a present focused talking therapy which supports you to gain an understanding of your difficulties through recognising how your thoughts and beliefs affect your feelings and behaviours.

CBT is a collaborative therapy where the client and therapist work together towards mutually agreed goals.  CBT aims to give you the skills and practical tools needed in order to overcome unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving to manage current difficulties in a healthier way.  CBT helps to empower individuals and involves practice of home tasks outside of the therapy session to get the most out of the therapy process.
